Zach Galifianakis was recently clocked donning timeless Ray-Ban 2140 Wayfarer sunglasses. The Hollywood star, who shot to fame in the critically acclaimed The Hangover, is one of many big celebrities to wear the classic frame.

It seems fitting that one of Hollywood’s relatively new stars should be donning one of the most revered, vintage pair of shades around. The Ray-Ban 2140 Wayfarer Black 901 50 mm (Medium) has the same specifications as the first Wayfarer, which became iconic instantly when it was first produced way back in 1952. Oversized metal pin hinges remain an ever-popular feature of this revered sunglass and the distinguished Ray-Ban is stylishly displayed at the temple.

Actor Galifianakis matched the legendary Ray-Ban 2140 Wayfarer Black 901 50 mm (Medium) sunglasses with his trademark beard with a traditional flat cap, a combination that made him look as though he had been reluctantly hauled from a previous decade.

Galifianakis also wore a smart grey blazer with a blue jumper and shirt combination with blue jeans, which certainly gave the actor a smart yet understated appearance. However, one of Hollywood’s finest donned some unshakably ugly trainers. A terrible combination of red and white, these ruined Galifianakis’ overall style.

From the ankles up at least, Galifianakis looked like a Hollywood veteran. The Ray-Ban 2140 Wayfarer Black 901 50 mm (Medium) was definitely a styling success for The Hangover star.
